Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will get the issue sorted out.

Sizing Issues

  • Please be sure to use the sizing chart on the product's page   -- the sizing guide on each product page is specific to that particular item
  • We do not accept returns due to sizing related issues, only exchanges for the same product.
  • All items purchased during Sale Events are final

Refund

  • We understand you may change your mind after purchase, please let us know within 6 hours and we will issue you a full refund

Product Issues

  • If you think you have received a defected item then please shoot us an email as soon as possible with clear pictures of the defect

How to Process an Exchange:

  • We must authorize all exchanges prior to return. Please email us at hypedoggo.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the exchange within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
  • Exchanges should be shipped with a postal service providing a tracking number as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. The customer will be responsible for the postage fees to ship the items back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your package and it is in its original condition, we will send you your exchanged item. Our free world wide shipping will not be applied to exchanged orders so the customer will be responsible for the standard shipping costs.
  • Any exchanges received that do not comply with the above may be denied at our discretion
